FaxBroadcast provides a dynamic, cost-effective solution for sending
information to multiple destinations within minutes. With Graphnet's MPW
client software, users save time by creating and sending faxes directly
from their desktops. In addition to MPW, a broadcast can be initiated from
a fax machine, using lists stored as minicodes on Graphnet's network.
FaxBroadcast delivers a fax document to thousands of locations in the
time it takes to send a fax to one destination using conventional methods.
Faxing over Graphnet's global fax network allows users to contain costs,
manage resources, enhance document quality and increase staff productivity.

Value-Added Features
- FaxBroadcast allows customized delivery options
for each broadcast: economical off-peak rates or scheduled delivery, alternate
destination numbers, number of retries, and detailed confirmation or cancellation
notices. For personalized broadcasts, users may choose from a number of
existing cover pages or create their own with corporate logos, tag lines,
letterheads, and signatures. A convenient, comprehensive log allows users
to easily monitor the progress of the broadcast and permits resending or
forwarding of any canceled faxes.
- For individualized broadcasts, FaxBroadcast's FaxMerge capability allows
users to merge personal information into defined fields within word processing
documents and broadcast them in a single operation. An unlimited number
of data fields can be defined using any font--preserving the appearance
of the document for professional, individualized output. Data can be merged
into the body text of a document or the information fields on a cover page.

Universal Access
- FaxBroadcast is accessible via PC, LAN, E-Mail, groupware, fax machine,
fax server, mainframe, minicomputer, or the Internet. With multiple, flexible
access options, FaxBroadcast works the way you work to simplify operations,
improve cost management, and increase productivity.

Dynamic Broadcast List Management
- Microsoft Access, dBASE, Lotus, Microsoft Excel, FoxPro, or a DOS editor.
Lists are stored locally in the MPW address book or on Graphnet's network
as customer assigned and uniquely named broadcast lists. For effective
broadcast list management, MPW allows users to create, modify and delete lists directly from their desktops.

Comprehensive Reporting
- In addition to real-time tracking, delivery status, and detailed notices,
FaxBroadcast provides itemized traffic and billing reports to maximize
client control over transmission costs and delivery.
Detailed monthly invoices provide users with the date, time and duration
of each fax delivery. If required, invoices can be sorted by department/user
ID to assist in effective cost management. Customers can also review each
day's fax activity with daily or on-demand FaxBroadcast journals. Journals
display which faxes were delivered and which were canceled with the reason
for cancellation. Journals can be delivered to any corporate fax machine
and can be sorted by department or user for easy traffic monitoring and
analysis.
